King Lindorm
In this classic Danish fairy tale, a lindorm must be stopped before he can devour the whole kingdom, one bride at a time. Later, a deadly misunderstanding sends a young woman and her two small children into the woods, where they'll meet two enchanted princes. This story was first published as "Kong Lindorm" in 1854 by Svend Grundtvig in the collection Gamle Dansk Minder i Folkemunde. This full translation is hand-bound, with block printed illustrations. Interior is black and white; cover is hand-printed in gold.
