"Siren
My silver tongue is rusted
So let me have a try or two
To find the words that you deserve
It isn't easy, love
I live wrapped in shadows of used-to-be
And could-have-been
And all the ways I’ve failed you
There are a lot of things I meant to tell you
Before you left
A lot of sights you should have seen
You could come back, you know
I’ll say it like a promise
But we both know it’s a lie:
Come swim with me in the wine-dark sea
And this time I won’t change my mind"
